🌷I PAID FOR THE ILLUSTRATION, WHAT'S NEXT?

You will receive an email to the e-mail address provided, asking you to send reference pictures of you and your pet. Please provide at least one picture of each. Of course the more the better!
After receiving the picture I will start creating your illustration.

🌷HOW LONG DOES THE ILLUSTRATION TAKE TO BE COMPLETED?

You can expect to receive your finished digital file in about a week after sending your material. Any delay will be notify.

🌷WHAT EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE?

You will receive the illustration directly at your email address in two digital format: a .jpeg file and a .pdf file.

🌷CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?

You may request cancellation of your order before I have started creating your illustration.

If your request is made before work begins, you will receive a full refund. For more information please check the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

🌷CAN I BUY IT AS A GIFT FOR ANOTHER PERSON?

Of course! Please provide any additional information together with the reference pictures.

🌷HOW IS THE ILLUSTRATION MADE?

My digital illustrations are completely original, made with digital software (Procreate or Fresco mostly). NO GEN AI!

🌷CAN I PRINT THE ILLUSTRATION?

Absolutely, the illustrations will keep their quality when printed. Enjoy hanging them in your home :)
